Job Description

. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the diagnostic center including pathology, radiology, and customer service departments. Ensure timely and accurate diagnostic services delivery. Manage equipment maintenance and procurement. 2. Staff Management: Lead, train, and evaluate administrative and technical staff. Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance. 3. Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with NABL, ISO, and other regulatory standards. Implement and monitor quality control and assurance procedures. Maintain accurate documentation and audit readiness. 4. Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, control operational costs. Monitor financial performance, optimize resource utilization. Analyze P&L statements and implement cost-saving strategies. 5. Customer Service & Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through efficient service delivery. Handle escalated customer complaints and feedback. Maintain partnerships with doctors, hospitals, and corporate clients. 6. Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, expand service offerings. Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities. Drive growth through outreach programs, B2B tie-ups, and referral networks. 7. Technology & Innovation: Support the implementation of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Encourage use of automation and digital tools to improve efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA or MHA preferred). 5+ years of experience in healthcare/diagnostic services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of diagnostic lab operations, quality standards, and healthcare regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and lab management software. Work Environment: Full-time role, typically based at the diagnostic center. May require occasional travel for audits, branch visits, or business development.
