Job Title: Operations Executive
Location: Kasna, Greater Noida

Reporting To: Plant Manager / Founding Team
About Trashfix: Trashfix is a fast growing sustainability venture dedicated to revolutionizing the plastic waste value chain. At our Kasna facility, we sort and process postconsumer plastic bottles into high quality bales for recyclers and brands, promoting a circular economy at scale.
Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Operations Executive to manage daily activities at our plastic sorting and baling facility. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met, resources are optimized, and the workforce remains efficient, compliant, and motivated.
Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Supervise daily sorting and baling operations Track KPIs like input volume, output quality, bale weight, and yield Ensure target throughput is achieved daily and monthly Workforce Coordination: Lead a team of 2050 bluecollar workers (sorters, balers, helpers) Ensure attendance, task allocation, and productivity monitoring Manage shift schedules and overtime planning Quality & Compliance: Monitor quality of sorted plastic and bale specs Inventory & Logistics: Maintain stock of incoming waste, consumables, and outgoing bales Coordinate dispatches with logistics partners and buyers Liaise with sourcing and sales teams for seamless plant flow Reporting & MIS: Generate daily production and efficiency reports Maintain labor productivity sheets and shift logs Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Sc./B.Com./Engineering) 25 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in waste management, FMCG, or manufacturing Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and basic inventory management
Compensation: 30K/Month Growth opportunity to Plant Manager role in 1218 months
