Role: Operation Executive Location: Bangalore Experience: 1-2 Years Contract Duration: 3 Months Salary: 3 LPA to 4 LPA Requirement: Immediate Joiner Roles and Responsibilities Daily Operations Management Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and address any issues promptly. Process Optimization Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Implement best practices and operational standards in daily tasks. Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate records of operations, including reports on performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare and present regular reports to management on operational activities and outcomes. Customer Service and Support Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions and support. Inventory and Resource Management Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment. Track and manage resources, including equipment and supplies, to support operational needs. Team Coordination and Support Assist in training and guiding junior staff or new team members. Foster a collaborative environment and support team members in achieving operational goals. Skills and Qualifications Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operations or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and basic data analysis tools. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
