Job Description
You will be responsible for tracking the production plan versus actual performance. This includes monitoring planning for materials, processes, quality control, and finished goods. You will also be tasked with overseeing production operations, coordinating with the planning department to ensure finished goods supply, and preparing analytics for insights by the management committee. Your role will involve providing support to stakeholders regarding production planning, processes, and addressing any production-related issues while working online. Additionally, you will be required to compile data related to overall plant operations, including in-process production, raw materials, budget analysis versus actual costs, production costing, packaging, and supply chain logistics. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management information system (MIS) reports for the management committee. To be successful in this position, you should have 2-5 years of experience in dairy production, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in operational excellence. A B.Tech in Dairy Technology would be the preferred educational qualification for this role.,
