Job Description
Location: Madhya Pradesh Experience: 0-3 Years Key responsibilities: Identification of Beneficiary farmers. Identify land blocks for community plantation. Identifying city based plantation locations. Conduct Survey on their fields and do due deligence (Water availability, Soil testing, Documentation like adhaar card, land records, filling farmer form etc). Prepare timely and accurate reports on field activities and work with SankalpTaru's Program Management team. Liasioning with nurseries and obtaining a quotation from them. Distribute saplings to the selected farmers conduct photography of the distribution activity accordingly. Tagging and photography of the plantation activity. Uploading data of the planted saplings. Regular farm visit for monitoring of the saplings, checking for any signs of disease or pests, and assessing their overall condition. Conducting workshops aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of farmers. Organise corporate volunteering events on field or in offices (Seed ball making). Should be well versed with regional languages.
