Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, scheduling home visit appointments for our stylists, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. You should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to persuade and convert leads into appointments. With 1-3 years of experience, preferably from industries such as Retail, Apparel, Clothing, Ecommerce, Hospitality, or Aviation, you should have the necessary skills to excel in this position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are a must, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. You should be able to multitask effectively, manage schedules, and coordinate appointments smoothly. Handling inquiries from potential customers and proactively reaching out to leads will be a key part of your responsibilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of the MS Office Suite will be beneficial. Monitoring the appointment conversion rate, taking customer feedback, and providing a high level of customer service are essential aspects of this role. You will be required to answer questions about the service, address concerns, and highlight the benefits of a home visit. We are actively seeking candidates who excel in customer service, telecalling, or operations. The working days for this position are Monday to Saturday.
