This role goes beyond reactive support it requires a proactive mindset to anticipate student needs, identify academic and personal challenges early, and act swiftly to ensure students stay on track. The ideal candidate is someone who combines student empathy with data-savviness, problem-solving initiative, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Student Support & Engagement Proactively monitor student performance, attendance, and engagement to detect potential issues early. Take initiative in designing and executing intervention strategies (extra sessions, mentoring, academic support) without waiting for formal requests. Act as a guide and mentor to students, helping them make informed academic and career decisions. Utilize student feedback to enhance support processes and improve the overall student experience. 2. Problem-Solving & Initiative Demonstrate ownership and autonomy in identifying and solving student-related challenges. Innovate and implement new approaches to improve academic outcomes and student motivation. Continuously refine processes to enhance student engagement and support mechanisms. Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset; self-starter who doesnt wait for direction. Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for data analysis and reporting.
