Job Description

Position: Onsite Auction & Client Support Executive (Male Candidates Only)
Location: Pune
Salary: Rs.35,000 - Rs.40,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Availability Preferred

Qualifications:

  • Engineer with an MBA (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Support & Auctioning
  • Highly presentable professional appearance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite support to clients, guiding them in leveraging technology for transactions
  • Conduct auctions and assist in optimizing spending for group companies
  • Analyze spending data and suggest auction strategies
  • Manage vendor training sessions and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain daily/monthly reports and keep clients updated on software usage
  • Collaborate with Tech, Sales, and Management teams for issue resolution
  • Handle client complaints with professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent client relationship-building skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and e-auction platforms (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems, especially SAP Material Management Module
