About the role: We are seeking a proactive and strategic Online Reputation Management (ORM) professional to oversee, safeguard, and enhance the online visibility and standing of our brand. The ideal candidate should possess a profound comprehension of digital marketing, customer engagement, brand administration, and online platforms to supervise and shape the perception of our brand. Note: This opportunity is exclusively for Freshers (Graduates/Post Graduates). Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring and evaluating online references of the brand on diverse platforms such as search engines, social media, review sites, blogs, and forums. - Devising and executing ORM strategies to construct, safeguard, and enhance the company's reputation in the digital realm. - Responding promptly and professionally to negative feedback, reviews, and media coverage, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues effectively. - Establishing and nurturing relationships with prominent online influencers, media contacts, and digital communities. - Working in conjunction with PR, social media, content, and customer service teams to synchronize brand messaging and communication tactics. - Compiling regular reports on reputation metrics, sentiment analysis, and trends to facilitate decision-making processes. - Managing and enhancing content to diminish the visibility of negative search outcomes (employing SEO-driven ORM methodologies). - Encouraging content customers to share positive feedback on pertinent platforms. - Staying abreast of industry trends, algorithm modifications, and emerging platforms/tools that influence online reputation management.
