Position: Regional Business Manager (RBM) East Location: East India (Pan-region coverage) Experience Required: 7 to 8 years Industry: Oncology / Precision Medicine / Healthcare Salary is negotiable. About the Role:- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Manager (RBM) to lead our sales operations across East India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology sales, a deep understanding of the regional healthcare ecosystem, and proven success in driving business growth and managing teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage sales operations across entire East India territory Drive revenue growth and achieve regional targets in line with organizational goals Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, cancer centers, hospitals, and diagnostic networks Mentor and manage a team of Territory Managers/Sales Executives across multiple states Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the region Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective execution of business strategies Track competitor activity and market trends to optimize sales strategies Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards Requirements: 78 years of experience in oncology sales (mandatory) Strong knowledge of the healthcare and oncology ecosystem in East India Proven track record in team management and achieving sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Willingness to travel extensively across the region Join us in redefining cancer care through precision medicine.
