Officer/Assistant Manager Mumbai B.com Age Limit- 35 Experience & Role: 2-3 year in capital market or Depository operations Skills Preferred: 1. Strong problem Solving and Analytical skills should have a customer service experience. 2.Good knowledge of MS Excel, ability to work on complex Data sets 3. Understanding of Depository application and its working. 4.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Job Description: 1. Should be polite Handle customer interactions inbound and outbound call including emails. 2. Should have a fair Knowledge of Depository operations & easi-easiest Application. 3. Should have a fair knowledge of WEBCDAS and other CDSL application being used by depository participants . 4. Should have good communication and interpersonal Skills and ready to work in shifts. 5. Should portray attributes Positive, Listening, Adaptable, Calm, Empathetic 6. Answer calls professionally providing complete information and focus on customer satisfaction. 7. Ensured all Helpdesk activities are in accordance to set guidelines. Analysed customer needs & adhere to company policies. 8. Followed up ensuring relevant actions are taken on clients complaints. 9. Managed to keep records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, comments as well as actions taken. 10. Provided feedback of the customers to the management for improving services also should be willing to work on AI tools. 11. Should follow 7 Cs of customer relationship management customer centricity, company culture, customer experience, customer data, customer journey, consumer experience, and consumer expectation.
