Job Description

As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. Your key responsibilities will include identifying target areas for prospective business, pre-screening customer segments according to organizational norms, ensuring the number of log-ins and disbursements, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding their needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. You will also be expected to execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand, establish strong client relationships both internally and externally, and create a solid brand identity with potential customers. Additionally, your role will involve vendor empanelment, developing relationships with new vendors, building strong distribution channels, and ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations. To excel in this position, you should hold a graduate degree in any discipline and demonstrate a strong ability to meet business targets effectively. Your success in this role will be measured by your capacity to acquire new clients, maintain client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.,
