Job Description
As an Officer based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for conducting surveillance functions in Stock Exchanges and Brokerage Houses. Your role will include ensuring regulatory compliance and monitoring Foreign Investment by Listed Companies. Additionally, you will need to be well-versed in Depository operations and possess strong communication skills. To excel in this role, you should have a Graduate or Post Graduate degree and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar surveillance functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and the ability to work in shifts when required are essential requirements for this position. Your daily tasks will involve studying regulatory circulars and orders, and taking necessary actions based on regulatory orders and advisories received from various regulators. You will also be involved in monitoring Foreign Investment by Listed Companies. The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent teamwork skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
