Job purpose The incumbent will be supporting daily administrative operations and ensuring effective workflow within the organization and will assist in maintaining office organization, managing records, and facilitating communication across departments, contributing to a productive and efficient work environment. Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive - Admin Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee building / office daily administration and maintain office supplies. Support planning and logistics for company events. Oversee the company's vehicle fleet, including maintenance and scheduling. Oversee inventory and supply management for office and operational needs. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs. Oversee housekeeping operations for cleanliness. Develop cleaning schedules and quality standards. To handle housekeeping all over the premise for maintain proper cleaning and hygiene through outsources agencies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 3+ years proven experience in an administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
