Primary Title: Office Manager Role & Responsibilities Oversee day to day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, reception, mail and supplies. Implement and maintain inventory control systems, tracking stock, ordering materials and negotiating with vendors for cost effective procurement. Coordinate schedules, travel, meetings and events for senior leadership, providing high level administrative support. Manage on site service providerssecurity, housekeeping, IT and maintenanceto uphold safety and compliance standards. Prepare and monitor office budgets, expense reports and purchase orders, driving cost optimisation. Onboard and supervise junior admin staff, fostering a culture of efficiency, punctuality and customer focus. Skills & Qualifications Must Have Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field. 3+ years proven experience as Office Manager, Facilities Coordinator or similar on site role. Hands on expertise with MS Office, Google Workspace and basic ERP or procurement tools. Solid understanding of vendor management, inventory control and statutory compliance (fire, safety, labour). Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines. Preferred Experience in fast scaling retail, e commerce or FMCG environments. Knowledge of budget forecasting, cost benefit analysis and contract management. Familiarity with ISO, OSHA or similar facility audit frameworks.
