Office Coordinator We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join Y5 Communications as an Office Coordinator. The role involves managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities: JK Paper Deliveries: Check pending JK Paper deliveries each morning. Coordinate with the driver to ensure timely delivery of goods. Follow-Up on Receivables: Maintain communication with retailers to ensure timely collections. Data Management: Use Tally Prime to manage accounting and inventory records. Maintain and update reports in Microsoft Excel for better tracking and organization. Requirements: Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently. Basic knowledge of business operations is an advantage. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our office and ensures excellent service to our clients and partners.,
