Job Description

As the successful candidate for this position, your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating employee files and HR databases for attendance, benefits, leaves, and personnel changes. You will also be assisting with HR communications, policy dissemination, and employee engagement events or announcements. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining training records, assisting with evaluation efforts, and creating HR documents such as Employee Gate Pass. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of a High School diploma, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelors in HR, Business, or a related field. While 2 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles is preferred, entry-level applicants with strong potential are also welcome to apply. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook is required, and experience with HR software/HRIS or ATS is considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, as well as strong communication abilities both written and verbal. Professional integrity in handling confidential data is essential for this role.
