Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant Experience: 4 to 5 Years Location: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical knowledge and functional expertise in Odoo ERP across multiple modules. You will be responsible for customizing, configuring, and supporting Odoo applications to align with client business needs, as well as providing post-implementation support and training. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes and map them to Odoo ERP modules. Customize Odoo modules using Python and XML as per client requirements. Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.). Develop new Odoo modules and features as per specifications. Perform end-to-end implementation including requirement gathering, gap analysis, system design, development, testing, training, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with third-party tools or legacy systems. Provide support and troubleshooting for technical and functional issues post-deployment. Create and maintain functional and technical documentation. Provide training and guidance to end users. Required Skills and Qualifications: 45 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and development. Strong knowledge of Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL. In-depth understanding of core Odoo modules like CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing. Experience in creating custom Odoo modules and upgrading Odoo versions. Good understanding of business workflows and process automation. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with API integrations and web services (REST/SOAP) is a plus.,
