Manager - OHC
- Occupational Health:
Implementing and managing health surveillance programs for workers exposed to hazardous substances, diagnosing and treating occupational illnesses and injuries, and performing periodic health checkups based on workplace risks.
- Medical Care:
Providing medical care to employees, including first aid, general outpatient care, and referral to specialists when needed.
- Health Promotion:
Educating employees about health and hygiene, promoting preventive health measures, and implementing health programs in the organization.
- Medical Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient information, diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up visits.
- Emergency Response:
Responding to medical emergencies in the workplace, providing first aid and initiating medical treatment as needed.
- Collaboration:
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and specialists, to provide comprehensive care to employees.
- Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant medical laws and regulations in India.
- Management:
Supervising the work of other healthcare professionals, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the health facility
Educational Qualification: Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognised institution in India, with a valid medical licence Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council. 12+ years of experience as a medical officer in hospitals or healthcare centres, demonstrating expertise in providing personalised advice and guidance to employees on lifestyle choices and health management.
