As a part of our team, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities: - Demonstrated experience in overseeing large-scale digital transformation initiatives. - Develop and execute strategic plans, making necessary adjustments as required. - Formulate detailed project plans and ensure their effective implementation. - Uphold project objectives and ensure adherence to customer, stakeholder, and sponsor standards. - Proactively identify and resolve issues and risks that may arise during project execution. - Provide regular updates on project progress, presenting feasible solutions and seizing opportunities as they emerge. - Implement best change management practices to drive successful project outcomes. - Efficiently manage resources to maintain project schedules. - Engage in portfolio management activities to ensure all projects align with organizational goals. - Lead project meetings, establish clear expectations for the project team, and foster collaboration. - Monitor and maintain project budgets to control costs and maximize efficiency. - Generate comprehensive reports on project and portfolio performance.
