As a Nursing Staff In-charge at Sneh Sawali Care Centre in Chatrapati Sambhajinagar, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, your primary responsibility will be to oversee nursing operations and provide supervision to the nursing staff. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a B. Sc. Nursing degree and have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for tasks such as nursing duties, patient care, inventory management, software entry, and creating nursing duty schedules for efficient patient care and supervision. Reporting directly to the President of Sneh Sawali Trust, you will be expected to maintain effective communication and coordination with the management team. Proficiency in English, Hindi, or Marathi languages is required to effectively interact with patients and staff members. In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for a candidate with a pleasant personality and a social attitude. Your ability to work well in a team, communicate effectively, and demonstrate empathy towards patients will be crucial for success in this role.
