The Shri Ram Wonder Years, Dwarka Sector-18, is seeking dedicated individuals to support our qualified educators. Responsibilities include: - Collaborating with the team to achieve the school's objectives effectively. - Upholding and advocating the school's culture, mission statement, and core values. - Contributing to and enhancing monthly planning and curriculum development. - Managing parent-student relationships while catering to individual requirements sensitively. - Working with team members to organize and execute school events and functions. - Ensuring the timely completion of assigned tasks and activities. - Maintaining communication with parents and guardians. - Documenting children's progress, behavior, and interests. - Participating in personal development sessions for individual and team growth. - Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students within the school premises. - Promptly informing the Principal about any child's illness, extended leave, or family trauma and extending necessary support. - Providing a variety of materials and resources for children to engage with, both in learning activities and imaginative play. Required Experience: Minimum 1 year in a reputable Preschool. Qualifications: Graduate with NTT/NPTT, Montessori, ECCE certification. Key Skills: - Creativity, patience, and strong interpersonal skills. - Teamwork and collaborative mindset. - Effective planning, organization, classroom management, and time management abilities. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Understanding of child development milestones. - Proficiency in Early Education curriculum and pedagogy. - Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of MS Office.
