As a Nursery Supervisor with 5-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children while effectively managing staff and resources. Your key duties will include supervising and training staff members, developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering communication with parents. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. Your responsibilities will include: Staff Management: You will supervise, train, and mentor nursery staff to create a positive and collaborative work environment. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement educational programs and activities that promote children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Childcare and Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery by conducting regular safety checks and maintaining a clean and healthy environment. Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress, development, and any concerns. Administrative Tasks: Manage daily operational tasks, including attendance tracking, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
