Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Norwegian-speaking clients, ensuring top-notch service and support.

  • Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and industry trends to better serve clients.
  • Document all sales activities and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and share best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken;
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
