Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.

• Resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM platform.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and improve customer service skills.
• Work collaboratively with team members to share feedback and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
