Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a smooth service experience.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to provide accurate guidance.
- Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving service quality and efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions to keep abreast of the latest technologies and service best practices.

Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is also required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
