Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, updates, and industry trends to provide informed support.
• Collect customer feedback to inform potential improvements in products and services.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members by sharing your expertise.

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong technical skills and a passion for problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
• Must be eligible to work in Athens, Greece.
