Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support to Nordic-speaking customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Assist customers by answering their inquiries and providing guidance on product features and best practices.
• Document all support interactions accurately in our ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and product offerings to provide informed support.
• Engage in ongoing training and contribute to enhancing team performance.

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English is essential.
• Previous experience in IT support or a technical service role is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and IT troubleshooting techniques.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative setting.
