Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with banking inquiries, transactions, and financial products to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of banking regulations and company policies to deliver accurate information.
- Record all customer interactions in the company's CRM system to ensure proper documentation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify areas for service improvement and implement solutions.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest banking products and services.
- Offer constructive feedback to enhance service delivery and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Fluent in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish), both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector, is an advantage.
