Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients speaking Nordic languages via telephone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for service improvement and share best practices.
  • Engage in continuous learning through training sessions to keep up with industry trends and service enhancements.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to come up with innovative ideas for improving customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) and proficient in English.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and communication tools is a plus.
  • A positive, adaptable attitude, and enthusiasm for engaging with customers from various backgrounds.
