Responsibilities
- Assist Nordic-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to cruise bookings and services.
- Promote and sell cruise packages, achieving sales targets while building lasting relationships with clients.
- Resolve customer issues and provide clear information regarding cruise itineraries, amenities, and policies.
- Stay updated on cruise products and promotions to ensure accurate information to customers.
- Document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system for seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and implement successful sales strategies.
- Participate in training programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish), both written and spoken; English proficiency is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a commitment to excellence.
- Sales-driven mindset with experience in converting inquiries into successful bookings.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector, is an advantage.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
