Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels (phone, email, and chat).
• Effectively address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products and services.
• Maintain a sound knowledge of the company’s offerings to ensure accurate information is provided.
• Document customer interactions systematically in the CRM system for quality assurance and tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve customer service delivery.
• Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance your skills.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer interactions and service improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in customer service or similar roles is an advantage.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace a new cultural experience.
