Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products, services, and account management.
  • Resolve issues and handle transactions efficiently while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
  • Document customer interactions appropriately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to increase product knowledge and service skills.
  • Share feedback on customer trends to improve service delivery continually.

Requirements

  • Fluent in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Previous experience in customer service or banking is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
