Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers accurately.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experiences.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously develop your skills and product knowledge.
  • Offer feedback and suggestions to improve processes and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and has a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and embrace a new culture.
