Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers accurately.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experiences.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously develop your skills and product knowledge.
- Offer feedback and suggestions to improve processes and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proactive, adaptable, and has a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and embrace a new culture.
