In this vital role, you will be responsible for moderating user-generated content across social media platforms, ensuring that the online community remains safe, engaging, and in line with community standards.

As a Content Moderator, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality of interactions within the Nordic-speaking community, reviewing content, handling user inquiries, and making sure that guidelines are upheld. Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Nordic languages across social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Quickly identify and take action against harmful or inappropriate content.

• Maintain documentation of moderation activities and decisions made.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Effective communication abilities focused on user engagement.
• Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
