Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content in Nordic languages across social media platforms to ensure adherence to community standards.
• Identify and swiftly act on inappropriate or harmful content to maintain a safe online community.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to users regarding their content.
• Collaborate with fellow moderators to enhance moderation protocols and strategies.
• Document moderation actions and maintain clear and accurate records.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in content moderation and social media.
• Engage in team discussions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on community engagement.
• Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
