In this role, you will engage with customers through various channels, assisting them with inquiries and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. If you excel in a multilingual environment and enjoy helping others, this position is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and resolve issues.
- Participate in training programs to continually enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Offer insights and suggestions based on client interactions to help improve processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
- A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service.
- Must be eligible to work in Athens, Greece.
