Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nondestructive Testing Supervisor role located in Barrackpur-II. The Nondestructive Testing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day NDE operations, including coordinating with technicians, managing inspection projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role involves supervising the execution of NDE techniques like Ultrasonic Flaw Detection, Magnetic Particle Inspection, and others, as well as maintaining documentation and reporting of inspection results. The supervisor will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff to uphold the quality and safety standards of IQS. Qualifications Mechanical Engineering and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills Engineering Management and Project Management experience Team Leadership skills Strong understanding of NDE techniques and industry standards Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work onsite in Barrackpur-II Certifications in relevant NDE methods are a plus Prior experience in industrial inspection is highly beneficial Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field,
