Your key responsibilities include handling the end-to-end recruitment process for sales positions, developing innovative sourcing strategies, efficiently meeting bulk hiring needs, collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements, maintaining a talent pipeline, using various recruitment channels, conducting candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, managing candidate engagement, and maintaining recruitment reports.
