Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the oil and gas sector and a proven track record in recruiting top talent for technical and non-technical roles. This role is crucial in supporting our growth and ensuring we attract and retain the best professionals in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the company, including engineers, geologists, project managers, and support staff. Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and partnerships with educational institutions, to identify potential candidates. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with job requirements and company values. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on key metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the oil and gas industry or a related sector. * Skills: Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry and its workforce requirements.
