Job Description

As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing server-side logic, defining and maintaining databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to deliver seamless and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js. Build reusable, efficient, and scalable code. Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications. Integrate front-end elements developed by your coworkers with server-side logic. Work with databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and third-party APIs. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and front-end developers. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Requirements Proven experience as a Node.js developer or in a similar backend role. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the Node.js runtime. Experience with frameworks/libraries such as Express.js, NestJS, or Hapi. Familiarity with database systems like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus. Version control experience with Git. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure is an advantage. Ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
