Job Title: Nodejs Developer and Automation testing Experience: 5+ Years Location: Bangalore,Chennai Job Type: Contract Salary: 12 Lpa Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Node.js Developer with Automation Testing expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend services using Node.js and ensuring high-quality software delivery through robust automated testing frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Node.js Development: Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js. Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Integrate with third-party APIs and services. Optimize applications for performance and scalability. Collaborate with front-end developers and DevOps teams. Automation Testing: Design and develop test cases using tools like Selenium or playwright framework Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing. Perform regression, integration, and performance testing. Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution. Ensure 100% test coverage of APIs and backend components. Required Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js development. Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with API development and microservices architecture. Proficient in automation testing tools like Selenium or playwright framework Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with Docker, Postman, and JIRA is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
