Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable server-side applications using Node.js. Architecture: Plan and execute the architecture of web applications, ensuring they meet performance and scalability requirements. Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices. Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to improve their skills and knowledge. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimizing applications for speed and efficiency.
