Job Description
You will be responsible for fulfilling the role of an NOC Engineer L1 with a minimum of 5 years of experience in network operations or a related field. Your primary duties will include responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions, diagnosing and troubleshooting basic network errors, tracking and documenting network issues, as well as compiling incident reports. Additionally, you will need to possess basic knowledge of networking and devices such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, VPN, and Access points. It is crucial to escalate complex issues to higher-level engineers and hold certifications like CCNA, JNCIA, CISSP, or other relevant certifications would be advantageous for this role.,
