Role Description: No-Code AI Agent Developer This is a full-time remote opportunity for a No-Code AI Agent Developer to join our agile product team. Youll be responsible for designing and deploying smart, task-specific AI agents using no-code and low-code platforms. This includes integrating technologies like LLMs, NLP, and pattern recognition into automated workflows that deliver real value to end users. Youll work cross-functionally with product owners and automation strategists to launch modular AI tools that support business operations, marketing, customer engagement, and more. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone excited about shipping functional, scalable AI-powered products at speed. Responsibilities Build and deploy AI agent workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, ChatGPT, Claude, etc. Integrate AI capabilities like text generation, classification, data extraction, and logic handling into no-code stacks Collaborate on the design and iteration of agent logic, prompts, and automation flows Conduct testing and performance evaluations of deployed AI agents Continuously improve workflows for efficiency, accuracy, and user experience Work closely with product and growth teams to translate business needs into scalable automations Maintain clear documentation and versioning for all deployed agent systems Qualifications Experience working with no-code or low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Bubble, Tally, Webflow, etc.) Strong grasp of AI/ML fundamentals, especially LLMs, NLP, and pattern recognition Familiarity with tools like OpenAI, Claude, Google Cloud NLP, or equivalent APIs Comfort with building prompt chains and dynamic workflows Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cross-tool automations Self-starter with strong execution mindset and ownership attitude Excellent communication and documentation skills A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience in automation ,
