Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and troubleshoot motherboard faults at the chip level. - Perform soldering, BGA rework, and circuit board repairs. - Handle BIOS programming, IC replacements, and power-related issues. - Ensure quality repair standards and customer satisfaction. - Maintain tools and equipment for efficient repair operations. Requirements: - Experience in chip-level motherboard repair (laptops/desktops). - Strong knowledge of circuit analysis and troubleshooting techniques. - Proficiency in soldering and component replacement. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
