Job Title: Senior Manager Network Security Location: Bangalore (Work From Office) Experience: 8+ years in Network Security Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Manager Network Security to lead the design, implementation, and governance of secure network architectures across enterprise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in securing complex IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Secure Architecture Design: Design and implement secure network architectures across enterprise, hybrid, and cloud environments. Ensure best practices in network segmentation and zero trust architecture. Technology Evaluation & Integration: Evaluate and integrate security technologies such as firewalls, proxies, VXLANs, WAN, IDS/IPS, and NAC solutions. Risk Management & Threat Modeling: Conduct network security risk assessments and threat modeling for enterprise projects. Identify vulnerabilities and recommend actionable mitigation strategies. Policy & Compliance: Develop and advise on enforcement of network security policies, standards, and procedures. Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including network engineers, system administrators, and application teams. Communicate security risks, gaps, and posture effectively to senior management and key stakeholders. Requirements: Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in network security. Strong understanding and working knowledge of: Firewall, IDS/IPS, NAC, WAN, VXLAN, proxies. Zero trust and network segmentation principles. Experience in risk assessment, threat modeling, and vulnerability management. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and audit processes. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Team leadership or mentoring experience is a plus. Location: Bangalore Preference: Immediate joiners will be given priority.,
