Our Network team is at the forefront of innovation, and we're seeking a talented Programme Manager to lead and coordinate our critical initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of network programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to define programme scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed programme plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor and report on programme progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and quality in programme delivery. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure transparency and alignment. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Programme Manager, ideally within the network or telecommunications industry. Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex programmes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMI). Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
