Responsibilities: Business Development: o Identify and pursue business opportunities in the Access Control industry. o Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. o Foster relationships with System Integrators (SIs), Architects, Builders, and Consultants to promote Spintly's solutions. Project Management: o Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and meet client requirements. Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. o Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase Spintly's products and services. Market Research: o Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. o Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and enhance Spintly's market position.
