Roles and Responsibilities Development of healthcare provider network
viz. Diagnostics, Pharmacy, OPD, Wellness
memberships etc.
Contracting and onboarding independent
vendor partners and aggregators
Negotiation and Cost management of vendor
services to ensure delivery within budget
Liaison with internal operations team to
establish and maintain SOPs related to vendor
supplier services
Manage vendor integration projects
Escalation and Grievance management w.r.t.
providers

Skill Set (Technical and Soft skills) Hands on experience with Diagnostics and
Wellness service provider market

Expected Educational Qualification Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 8 years’

experience in similar market
